I had to change my so-called deluxe room due to its shabby condition with broken switches, leaking bathrooms, broken fittings, and dirty rooms within minutes. The rooms are stuffy and lack fresh air, which was disappointing. However, the service was very friendly and helpful. The location is excellent for airport transit passengers being close to Kolkata International Airport. The dining experience was extremely poor in quality and variety, not catering well to Non-Indians.

I found the hotel to be a convenient choice due to its proximity to the Kolkata International airport and its well-connected location in the city. The rooms, while a bit small, were decently clean and provided a comfortable and spacious stay.
